Alex’s place is in one of the best locations within Cabarete and was super clean. I would highly recommend this place to a good group of friends and family to visit. You get access to a private beach within the complex and the pool within the villa was amazing. 10/10

Alex is the perfect host. He knows any and everyone you could possibly need while visiting the area. Anna the maid was gracious and kind she made life very easy while visiting. The area where the home is located is very family friendly and close to the surrounding area. The house is large & beautiful with amazing touches.

Great villa at a fantastic price. Alex was a wonderful host, and was able to provide any information that was needed. The house was located in the best gated community on the North Coast. Will highly recommended this villa to my friends and family. Looking forward to staying again some time.

Alex and Annie went above and beyond to make this the most memorable trip we’ve ever had!
The Villa itself is amazing, the pool is beautiful and clean at all times. The villa`s security is bar none, I felt 100% safe at all times during the trip. We had amazing breakfast, lunch or dinner and basically anything we requested, truly a luxury! The trips to the grocery store and the money exchange were really appreciated. Alex gave us amazing service, much more than what we expected. I forgot to mention that there is a completely secluded beach about 2 mins walk from the house, there is also an insane man-made cave-like pool right beside it but no one was there while we were.
Would stay here again in a heart beat!
