Check in time: 3.00pm – Check out time: 11.00am. Best Caribbean Rentals can accommodate other times but is dependent on our property service schedule.
Accessing the property:
Our properties may be accessed by various methods including key in a lock box at the property, electronic or key pad code. Confirmed guests will be advised prior to check-in with details of how to access their property.
What do I need to bring?
All our properties are supplied with sufficient bathroom and bedding linen for the number of confirmed guests. Beach towels are not supplied.
Every property is provided with basic household / pantry items such as… toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder or tablets, garbage bags etc. Once the property in which you are occupying is depleted of complimentary consumables, it is up to you to re-supply for the remainder of your stay.
Smoking:
Is strictly not allowed at any property. Smokers can do so outside but cigarette butts must dispose of in the bins provided.
After Hours Assistance:
If you are a current guest and require urgent after hours assistance, please call 1.809.757.6717. This phone operates between the hours of 8.00am – 8.00pm. Outside these hours please leave a message and with your booking name, contact phone number, property name or address and description of the issue. We will always attend to all issues, but guests need to be mindful that due to reasons beyond the control of Best Caribbean Rentals eg: public holidays, it may not always be possible to suitably rectify all issues. A call out fee may apply in some circumstances.
Baby and children’s equipment:
Some of our properties are equipped with high chairs and cots. This is detailed in each property listing.
Cleaning:
The property is to be left in a clean and tidy state. Please advise if gas bottles are low and need replacing.
Bedding should be left on the bed and towels left in the bathroom.
Further cleaning charges may apply if extra and excessive cleaning is required after check out.
Internet + WiFi:
Some properties do have internet and WiFi. Codes are available in the Guest Book of your property.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on any furniture including beds, you must bring your own pet bedding and feeding bowl and you must pick up any droppings and dispose in the bins provided.
Arriving late to our villa? When the shops are closed? You should not rush out and do the shopping! Book a food hamper and find the indispensable in the villa at your arrival.
Food Hamper can be delivered directly to the villa for arrival. Hampers contain: bread, eggs, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, milk, butter, ham (200 gr.), salami (200 gr.) 500gr of pasta, 1 tin of Tuna fish, 1 jar of pasta sauce, 1 packet of biscuits, 1 jar of marmalade, 1 bottle of mineral water, 1 bottle of white wine, 1 bottle of red wine, toilet paper, 1 packet of serviettes and 1 bar of soap.
Meals a great part of your vacation. And we can simply make it perfect. Though the villas are fully equip with kitchenette, we can make it easier for you. Our beautiful catering service is for meals, either lunch or brunch, by the pool or in the garden, for dinners and lunches, for special events.
You’ll have a menu with the dishes you can choose. They they are prepared by our professional chefs and will be delivered directly to the villa at the established time. The dishes can be agreed upon directly with the catering service.
The price you pay now covers pre-ordering a time slot for chefs. You’ll be able to choose dishes and discuss all menus later.

In our villas it is possible to request the services of a qualified babysitter who can look after your children on those tours, excursions, which are not suitable for them, or simply for a romantic evening.

All our villas are cleaned regularly. But we also provide extra cleaning services by request – if you need it when the cleaning is not planned. No matter whether this is a planned or extra booked service, we provide extraordinary levels of cleanliness and superior service, so you never spoil your rest because of uncleaned rooms.
Our villas cleaning include housekeeping for your guest rooms, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, restaurants, bars, spas and more depending on a chosen villa. You may also pre-oder it by phone while your stay.
