This Beautiful New Modern Villa between Sosua and Cabarete built in 2023 is located in the beautiful gated oceanfront residential community of Sosua Ocean Village. The professionally decorated 3 bedroom 2 full bath and 2 half bath villa, sleeps 6 people comfortably, all of the bedrooms have comfortable top of the line mattresses, linens, and details
Sosua Ocean Village is an excellent place to vacation with your family, located right on the ocean the community has many amenities like pools, water slides, a spa, a gym, tennis, and basketball courts, and a Kids Zone. There are two beautiful oceanfront restaurants serving excellent food.
This 2,240 sq. ft. Villa is a short 15-minute drive from the Puerto Plata Airport. The villa has a beautiful roof terrace offering an amazing ocean view to enjoy relaxing in the evenings and watching the sunset!
Other things to note
The villa is great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. With a short drive to supermarkets, banks, hospitals, and restaurants you get the away from it all feeling, but yet just a few mins drive from necessities.
Sosua Ocean Village requires all guests’ names as only registered guests will be permitted access to the community and Villa !!

Great spot in a quiet high end community. You’ll definitely need a car or taxi service as the house is 15min from Cabarete and 10 from Sosua proper. Alex was a great host and very friendly!

The villa is brand new and beautiful everything just as said on the Post and the hospitality was excellent also Alexander was a great host he was there on time and very friendly
