Family villa in a prestigious beachfront community Featured

I stayed here with my family and felt very safe with my kids here. All cars are inspected to make sure only registered guests enter the community so guests are completely secured. The property itself has amazing wood work on all the doors, amazing airflow with the blinds, and a stunning backyard with a private pool the size of a community pool. The front itself has painted glass above a wooden carved door with many mermaid and seahorse references throughout the house depicted in art. Alex is very responsive to any requests and is always available to help if needed. There are two wings to the house with every room having fans, ACs, and even fans in the bathrooms. The room closest to the kitchen is definitely the coldest but all rooms were very comfortable to sleep in. I was also able to get taxis and food delivered (Margot and Beach Club both deliver directly to the door). Very hard to leave such a beautiful home but I’ll be back!

We had an incredible stay at Alex’s place in Sea Horse Ranch. The house accommodated our two families (4 adults, 4 kids) perfectly. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and serene with lush plantings and beautiful birds calling.

We highly recommend taking Alex up on his suggestion for a private cook and grocery shopping. Upon arrival after a red eye flight, we were greeted to a full breakfast that smelled amazing and tasted delicious, and made it possible to settle in immediately.

Our favorite thing about Sea Horse Ranch is the short walk to the club house, private beach, lounge areas with gorgeous views, and two swimming pools (one shallow one great for younger kids). We spent much of our days there, with great cocktails and fantastic food. (order the pescado con coco!)

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this Sea Horse Ranch Villa hosted by Alex! It is extremely spacious and felt like a true HOME during our stay. The gated community was private and secure with friendly guards stationed throughout. Alex was there to greet us at check-in and maintained contact throughout the week to coordinate chef and massage services and any other needs. Ani is the chef and cooked incredible meals for both breakfast and dinner each day for our group. She went to the store with us to get all of the groceries and made a good variety of authentic local dishes with lots of fresh fruit and veggies for each meal. She even accommodated our request for desserts, treating us to cheesecake, piña coladas, flan, and more. Jeni would come to give massages if scheduled a day or two in advance, which was a very nice commodity. The exterior grounds and pool are beautiful and cleaned regularly throughout the week. Ani was attentive to details, cleaning frequently – dishes, towels, housekeeping, etc. She went the extra mile on all counts! The private community beach was quiet, serene, and offered amazing views.
