Guests have access to the entire villa, except for the enclosed areas.

In order to maintain security at SOV, we request the names of each person staying in the villa. Unregistered guests will not be permitted on the premises. If you will have a visitor you must ask for a special pass with your guest name in the Administration Office.

Note:
Cats, dogs, or other types of pets are not allowed in the villa

Children should not be alone in the pool, they must be accompanied by their parents or an adult.

Parking on the street is not allowed, if you park on the street the community will give you a ticket of US$100, which you must pay.

The use of drones is not allowed in the villa or in the community.

Please note that we currently have construction on villas at the rear of our property. This construction is taking place Monday through Friday from 8-4pm and Saturday from 9-1pm. There is no construction on Sundays.
