Villa Juana has three gorgeous bedrooms, each equipped with one king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Our premium quality mattresses, pillows, and luxury linens will ensure that you sleep through the night like a baby! Each room has an a/c and HDTV with cable. The ensuite bathrooms are each fully equipped with sumptuous towels, a hair dryer, and a full set of luxury toiletries that include makeup removal wipes, beautifully scented, hydrating body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
On either of our two rooftop terraces, you can relax comfortably and enjoy beautiful sunsets and views of the ocean while sipping your favorite cocktail.
Other amenities include high-speed internet, a safe for your valuables, an ironing board and iron, an LG front load washer and dryer, and a whole home water purification system.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME WITHOUT READING AND AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES:
– The maximum number of people allowed in the home is as follows: 6.
The number of 6 individuals can never be exceeded for this home at any time, including children and infants (this is in compliance with Cabarete local laws).
– You must be 21 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay.
– Check-out time is 11:00 am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time.
– The City of Cabarete Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
– The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2 in the driveway. There is no parking on the street.
– Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $500 or more.
– Any damages caused by guests which exceed the security deposit will be the responsibility of the registered guest.
– No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties

To say that Alexander’s place is perfect doesn’t do it justice. The place is an oasis perfect for escaping from the hustle and bustle of North American winters. The ambiance, particularly the outdoor spaces, makes your stay peaceful. Retreating to your bedroom at night is the icing on the cake. I challenge anyone to argue otherwise! I would most definitely stay there again.

Wow! Wow! Wow!
Loved everything about the villa. From the welcoming beautifully landscaped entrance walk all the way in and around the interior, exterior, and ohhhhh the second level outdoor entertainment area, plus that third level outdoor tanning/sitting area. It was all AWSOME!
Ohhhhhh, about that beautiful clean, calming all-over indoor decor, including, the wall to wall marble floors, the spacious walk in double head showers were my early to rise and late to sleep sanctuary. loved it! I mean LOVED IT!
Clean, modern, comfortable,,, and how about the full array of amenities…
Wait..Wait..Wait… That most inviting pool, surrounded by beautiful potted plants and totally georgiuos flowers.
So good.
Ohhh man..Ohhhh man..Ohhhh man.. will I go back Yessss, absolutely.

What a beautiful experience this home is! From the cleanliness to the amazing decor! Alexander, who is a super super host, paid attention to every little detail of his home to make sure our stay was a memorable one! My family and I did not want to leave! We will definitely return soon!
