I stayed here with my family and felt very safe with my kids here. All cars are inspected to make sure only registered guests enter the community so guests are completely secured. The property itself has amazing wood work on all the doors, amazing airflow with the blinds, and a stunning backyard with a private pool the size of a community pool. The front itself has painted glass above a wooden carved door with many mermaid and seahorse references throughout the house depicted in art. Alex is very responsive to any requests and is always available to help if needed. There are two wings to the house with every room having fans, ACs, and even fans in the bathrooms. The room closest to the kitchen is definitely the coldest but all rooms were very comfortable to sleep in. I was also able to get taxis and food delivered (Margot and Beach Club both deliver directly to the door). Very hard to leave such a beautiful home but I'll be back!

The Villa is Gorgeous! Exactly what's pictured in the description. We had a party of 12 and chef services were provided by Chef Rossy, Miguelina and Maria were AMAZING! Chef services for 12 people were $150.00 USD per day for 3 meals a day, groceries were a separate charge and so were the chefs travel expenses. The house does NOT come with chef services, you need to book and communicate with them separately. Only maid services comes with the house which includes cleaning and laundry upon request. Transportation services were provided by Joel who was also AMAZING!!! You also need to book transport separately and prices ranged from $60-120 for Roundtrip services for all 12 people (we needed 2 vans). We went into the town, supermarket, sosua beach, airport, atvs all with Joel and his cousin Alex, both were great and no issues whatsoever. All communication was via Whats App. The common space areas do not have AC or any fans but we opened the sliding doors to cool down the living room while watching TV or playing games. Other than that The house is so peaceful and perfect for total relaxation. Totally recommend it

Alex greeted us upon arrival and showed us the home. It was absolute perfection! Clean, airy, and well designed. Beautiful scenic views from all rooms but the master was breathtaking! I could have laid on the bed all day and listened to the waves crashing. There is a walk in closet and the master bath’s details, double shower, and toiletries lend to a luxury hotel feel. Alex has also partnered with an amazing staff with daily maid service and we can truly not say enough great things about Joel the driver. He was so hospitable, kind and a pure soul. He took us everywhere we wanted to go, offered suggestions per our request, and we felt safe with him. The villa security also made us feel very safe. Chef Rossy and her team were jovial and the food looked and tasted great with great preparation and cleanup. We have no complaints as it was a wonderful vacation. I wanted a birthday vacation filled with luxury and ease and this property, along with the staff, made this effortlessly possible.

I can’t say enough about this vacation. We hosted our business sales team and their spouses. We took advantage of Joel, the driver, who accommodated every trip and dinner out we needed. Excellent service, kind and super reliable! Trust the system, he’ll take care of you:) Rosie and her team for the meals! Again another excellent decision, per the advise of Alexander! This team made some excellent meals and works around allergies to accommodate the whole team! Her ribs, chicken wings and lobster were to die for! Also a big shout out to the bartender who made sure everyone had everything they needed at every waking moment! She was on her toes!! The house cleaner did an excellent job of keeping fresh towels, floors swept, beds made and making us feel completely pampered all week! The property was better then pictures….No complaints from anyone in our group! Excellent trip!

Great house! Myself and all of my guests were impressed. The view is amazing; just as pictured. Host personally greeted us to give a tour and quick to respond with any issues. All recommended vendors went above and beyond; especially our Chef!

Great spot in a quiet high end community. You'll definitely need a car or taxi service as the house is 15min from Cabarete and 10 from Sosua proper. Alex was a great host and very friendly!
