The guests can use the parking for two vehicles, the pool, and the complete villa

Pets are not allowed in the villa such as: cats, dogs or others.

Parking is only for two vehicles, parking on the street is prohibited by the community, if you park on the street you will be get a ticket for US$ 100 which you will pay.

Children should never be alone in the pool area, they must be accompanied by their parent or an adult.

Toilet paper or other paper should not be flushed down the toilet.

You should not clean shoes or makeup with the white towels.

SOV amenities, you are able to use Santa fe restaurant. Maria’s restaurant * and SOV Laguna restaurant, and the pools at the first two restaurants. The splash park, Gold’s gym, kid’s zone, tennis courts etc. can be used but there are fees for usage. You can get pricing for these amenities at the main reception desk near the splash park rates vary dependent on weekday or weekend.

The villa is great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. With a short drive to supermarkets, banks, hospitals, restaurants you get the away from it all feeling, but yet just a few mins drive from necessities.

Sosua Ocean Village requires all guests names as only registered guests will be permitted access into the community and Villa !!
