This place is amazing! Can’t ask for a better view! The ancillary help was also great and requested food for us when we wanted to eat in. My kids enjoyed the nearby water park as well which is bigger that what it appears from the outside. The location is also close to Cabarete. There are also 2 grocery stores nearby. We enjoyed the private beach but also drove to Sosua Beach for lunch and to enjoy that beach as well. I plan to come back and stay here in the future!

This place was absolutely amazing – big, clean and in a great location. It was exactly as it was described and to be honest, it is probably the best unit in the whole condo complex from what we could tell. Alex is an incredible host – any question we had he responded immediately and was extremely helpful in providing us advice and tips of places to eat and things to do and see. We chose to stay at this place for a number of reason, but the real selling point was the other reviews and Alex’s reputation as a host. Alex is by far the best host we’ve had using Airbnb.

First off I would like to thank Alexander for being so courteous and professional. The apartment was absolutely amazing and spotless we had an exceptional time location was spot on with security around the clock. We will definitely be coming back for the summer!

Having lived in the DR for eight years, we have stayed in many places on the north coast, and Alex’s apartment is the nicest of all of the places that we have rented. It is newly remodeled and is stylish and comfortable. The kitchen has all new appliances and is very well stocked for those who want to prepare meals there. The location is incredible. The front patio opens out to a gorgeous ocean front and the beautiful lawn and pool area. It also provides easy access to the attractions in Sosua and Cabarete. Alex was a great host. He always responded to communications quickly and met us personally for check-in and check-out. And when we had one minor maintenance issue on a Saturday night, he arranged for a repair the next morning. The rental is a great deal for the quality of the apartment and ocean front location. We definitely hope to return!
